We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We accept returns on full, sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery, provided the original seal remains intact. Once the seal is broken, we are unable to accept the return.
Sample and decant orders are not eligible for returns, as they are specifically provided to allow customers to test a fragrance before purchasing a full bottle or as a more affordable alternative to purchasing a full-sized bottle. For hygiene and safety reasons, these products cannot be returned, as they can be easily tampered with.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items deemed defective due to minor issues, such as slight leakage or cosmetic imperfections like a faulty cap, which can occur during standard shipping. However, if a fragrance is received broken or significantly leaking, we will accept a return.
If you experience any issues with your order or wish to request a return, please contact us at rjsscents@gmail.com, quoting your order number and providing a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions where applicable.
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed promptly. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
