Shipping policy

At RJs Scents, all full bottle orders will take up to 7 working days from the time the order is placed before you receive tracking or shipping updates. In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative solutions. Sample orders may also take up to 7 working days; however, we typically dispatch them swiftly, often within 48 hours.
